About the Role:

This role is perfect for an ambitious individual looking to take their career to the next level in a market-leading luxury kitchen design company. As a Sales & Design Technician, you will be responsible for meeting with prospective clients to understand their design needs and preferences.

You will work closely with the manufacturing and logistics team to provide clients with accurate deadlines and comprehensive cost breakdowns. Your exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will enable you to deliver world-class customer service and develop meaningful ongoing commercial relationships.

The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in a similar role, preferably with showroom experience. You will be required to work 42.5 hours per week, inclusive of breaks, Monday to Friday, with rolling weekend coverage.

They offer a competitive salary package, including OTE up to £35,000 per annum, plus commission per sale, overtime, training, company pension, staff discount, free onsite parking, and pay and role progression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand functions and desired aesthetic of design space
  • Work to design bespoke kitchens to present to clients
  • Provide world-class customer service and develop meaningful ongoing commercial relationships
  • Liaise with manufacturing and logistics to provide clients with accurate deadline and comprehensive cost breakdown
