Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Manage all levels of commercial business activity, including account management, business development, and negotiation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the sales process.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development, particularly in the contract manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel occasionally.
