Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate healthcare professional to provide high-quality care to residents in a residential setting.

About the Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and managing residents' health conditions, including dementia-related behaviours. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting thorough assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, cognitive status, and general physical well-being.
  • Implementing strategies to manage dementia-related behaviours, such as agitation, aggression, or confusion.
  • Communicating effectively with family members to update them on the resident's condition and provide education on dementia care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A valid, fully enhanced DBS check.
  • Experience working in a care home or bed unit setting.
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working in the UK.
  • Completion of PMVA training.
