We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Specialist Assistant to join our team at Randstad Education. As a passionate advocate for young people with special educational needs, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to students in a Knowsley Area school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one support to students with SEN, promoting independence and confidence
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• 2+ years experience in a SEN setting or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
