**Role Overview**: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with diverse learning needs. Collaborating with a team of educators and professionals, you will contribute to creating an environment that nurtures the unique abilities and potential of each student.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer one-on-one and group support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Assist in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and specialised support strategies.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment to support student's social and academic growth.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and support staff to address specific student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to the wider support team.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant is advantageous.
- Relevant qualifications in special education or related fields are preferred.
- Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of students with diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to various learning styles and individual requirements.

- Proof of Right to Work (Passport or Birth Certificate).
- A CV covering 10 years of education or employment.
- A fully enhanced DBS certificate or a willingness to process one with us (cost refunded).
