Service Care Solutions Ltd is a leading provider of nursing services, and we are seeking a talented Registered General Nurse to join our team. As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and managing residents' health conditions, including dementia-related behaviours. This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate healthcare professional to deliver high-quality care in a residential setting.
About the Role
You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of residents' health conditions, including vital signs, cognitive status, and general physical well-being. You will also implement strategies to manage dementia-related behaviours, such as agitation, aggression, or confusion, and communicate effectively with family members to update them on the resident's condition and provide education on dementia care. To be successful in this role, you will need a valid, fully enhanced DBS check, experience working in a care home or bed unit setting, a minimum of 12 months' experience working in the UK, and completion of PMVA training. In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25-£30 per hour, ongoing training and development opportunities, an enhanced DBS check, and a bonus scheme, including a £250 bonus for starting a contract and a £250 referral bonus for successful referrals.
