About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within one of the UK's largest independent care providers. As a Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate care records, ensuring compliance with the NMC code of conduct, and providing high-quality holistic care to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid NMC pin as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience working within a Care Home setting
  • Good management skills and ability to lead a team
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
