Job Title: Clinical Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Manager, delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assessing nursing needs, identifying and implementing interventions to ensure optimal resident wellbeing. You will also supervise colleagues, manage shifts, and maintain accurate records of resident care. A strong commitment to resident independence, choice, dignity, and respect is essential in this position.

  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be a registered nurse with a valid Pin number and a passion for delivering exceptional care. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
