Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Home Team Leader to join our team at HC One. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants and ensuring they receive the training and guidance needed to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective care plans for residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Lead a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the Registered Nurse and Care Manager to provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident care and build strong relationships with colleagues and families.

Requirements:

  • Level 2 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care or equivalent.
  • Ability to work towards Level 3 qualification in Adult Care.
  • Background in person-centered care planning and knowledge of caring for people with dementia.
