Delivery Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery operations of our logistics team.
- Develop and implement efficient delivery routes and schedules.
- Monitor and maintain the condition of delivery vehicles.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Provide training and support to new team members.
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to optimize delivery efficiency.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience in transportation management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
