Construction Delivery Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Contracts Manager at James Lewis Recruitment. Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality results across multiple projects. Collaborate with project managers to achieve project objectives. Manage financial resources, procure materials, and handle variation accounts. Develop and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements:
Proven track record of delivering projects from pre-construction to final accounts. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations and equipment. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
