Salary: £42,500 per annum
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Information Manager to join our team at TWG Consulting. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for projects
- Dispatching information to various parties as defined in workflows and distribution lists
- Regularly reviewing internal and project documentation, archiving CDE, and reporting on compliance with filing and archiving procedures
- Updating team directories and maintaining electronic document control filing and archiving systems
- Liaising between Project Management and external companies to ensure appropriate submission of approved drawings
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess good IT skills, particularly with ALIM and ACONEX systems. You should also have the capacity to work effectively within a team environment, systematic problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and well-proven organisational skills. Familiarity with web-based systems and experience working within construction projects is essential.
