Role Overview
Stirling Dynamics is a leading company in the industry, seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead its Technical Consultancy Business Unit. This role combines multiple market sectors, including Training & Simulation, Aerospace, eVTOL, Marine, and Aviation. With annual revenue exceeding £20M and growth plans, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
The Business Manager will define business unit strategy, prepare rolling 3-year business plans, and annualized budgets. They will deliver budgeted revenue while maintaining overall and business unit Gross Margin. Additionally, they will lead bid delivery, including pricing and commercial offers, manage the business unit project portfolio, and work with stakeholders to ensure overall business unit targets are met.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong business management skills, a positive and proactive approach to delivery, and the ability to work closely with business development and project management teams. Travel nationally and internationally may be required, and the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain UK security clearance (SC).

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
