Teaching Assistant for Students with Autism and Lower Level Ability

A passionate and experienced SEN teaching assistant is required to join our team in Birmingham, working with a Year 3 student with Autism and lower level ability.

Key responsibilities include developing individual education plans (IEPs) to meet the child's needs, recording and rewarding their achievements, and maintaining open communication with parents and colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of a Level 3 qualification, significant experience working with SEN children, and excellent interpersonal skills.

We offer a competitive salary (£25-30 per hour), long-term contracts, and a supportive working environment.
