About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who require additional support due to autism and challenging behavior.
  • You will work closely with experienced teachers to deliver tailored lessons and activities that cater to the individual needs of each student.
  • As part of our dedicated SEN team, you will contribute to the development and adaptation of educational resources to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

The successful candidate will possess a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, experience working in SEN settings, and a deep understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavior management techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide one-on-one support to students with autism and challenging behavior.
  2. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  3. Assist in the creation and adaptation of educational resources to meet the needs of individual students.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
