About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reception and Sales colleague at Places Leisure. As a Placemaker, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting a welcoming environment, and inspiring others to work together to achieve their best.

Previous experience in sales and customer service is beneficial, but we are also looking for proactive and self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills. Our continuous learning and development opportunities will support you in succeeding in this role and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create personable and meaningful relationships with customers
  • Multi-task and manage daily operational tasks with strong execution and confidence
  • Advocate for the benefits of physical activity and contribute to our mission of creating active places and healthy people
  • Use sales tools and techniques to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Deliver first-class customer service and deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner
