As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and assisting customers, booking collections, and representing Abbott in customer meetings or communications.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers.
  • Arrange customer testing bookings and control requests.
  • Provide regular customer and management information to drive business growth.
  • Oversee and monitor customer invoicing.
  • Log, monitor, and respond to customer complaints.
  • Manage drug testing requests from customers.
  • Support the Sales Department with account setup and welcome calls.
  • Attend customer setup and review meetings.
  • Contribute to new projects, processes, and initiatives that drive business forward.
