As a Production Team Manager, you will play a critical role in leading all aspects of cleanroom production, ensuring compliance with manufacturing license and quality system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage workload and staff resources to maintain optimal production levels and meet turnaround times.
  • Represent the production supervisor, manage annual leave requests, and attend meetings as required.
  • Liaise with procurement to resolve stock discrepancies and minimize wastage.
  • Ensure environmental monitoring and equipment maintenance are conducted regularly.
  • Identify training needs and develop training sessions to enhance staff skills.
  • Investigate and report non-conformances, communicating serious issues to the supervisor and QA team.

Requirements:

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work flexibly to meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to resolve problems effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel.
