About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at ITG. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take briefs from clients and work closely with production managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Manage costs and production with ITG's supply chain to meet deadlines.
  • Work collaboratively with the account management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes, including litho and digital.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure the best deals for clients.
  • Ability to work with large spreadsheets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
