About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Team ITG. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Work closely with the production manager at ITG's 24/7 studio in Birmingham to manage the creation of artwork and ensure successful delivery to our clients' stores.
- Manage costs and production with ITG's supply chain to ensure successful delivery to our clients' stores.
- Work at all times to the critical path and ensure all deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to manage your own time and deliver quality results with speed.
- Strong knowledge of print production, particularly in litho and digital.
- Ability to negotiate effectively to get the best deals from print buying.
- Ability to work with large spreadsheets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
