Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at ITG. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients
- Work closely with our production team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
- Manage costs and production with our supply chain to ensure successful delivery to our clients
- Work at all times to the critical path and ensure all deadlines are met
Requirements:
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to manage your own time and deliver quality with speed
- Strong print knowledge, especially in litho and digital, and understanding of the production process
- Strong negotiation skills to get the best deals from print buying
- Ability to work off large spreadsheets and keep on top of multiple projects
