Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the successful delivery of projects to our clients.
  • Work closely with our production team to manage costs and production with our supply chain.
  • Manage briefs from clients and work closely with our 24/7 studio in Birmingham to create artwork.
  • Ensure all deadlines are met and work at all times to the critical path.

Requirements

  • You should be customer-centric and have a strong understanding of the print production process.
  • You should be able to manage your own time and deliver quality work with speed.
  • You should have great print knowledge, especially in litho and digital.
  • You should be a strong negotiator and able to get the best deals from print buying.
  • You should be able to work off large spreadsheets and keep on top of multiple projects.
