Elderly Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Elderly Care Specialist to join our team at St Philips Care Group. As an Elderly Care Specialist, you will work closely with residents, families, and staff to deliver exceptional care and support.
About the Role:
- Work closely with residents to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement care plans to optimize independence and well-being.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in elderly care setting.
- Able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
