As a Service Experience Lead, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty for our client, a Cheshire-based Fashion brand. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective customer service strategies that meet the needs of our clients' customers.

In this role, you will lead a team of customer service professionals, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will also be responsible for reviewing and continuously improving customer service processes to ensure they align with the company's goals and objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), free parking, and a comprehensive training program.
