Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of social workers and other staff members to achieve service objectives and standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience working as a Team Manager in Children's Services.
