Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to provide critical support and intervention services to children, families, and vulnerable adults in Cheshire East. This role involves conducting high-level risk assessments, working closely with partner agencies, and ensuring seamless holistic support and intervention.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct Risk Assessments: You will conduct thorough risk assessments in complex cases and carry cases to completion whenever possible.
  2. Collaborate with Partner Agencies: You will work closely with partner agencies and daytime colleagues to ensure seamless, holistic support and intervention.

Requirements

  • A professional qualification in social work (Degree in Social Work).
  • Social Work England registration (SWE Registration).
  • Post-qualified experience.
  • An Enhanced DBS/Update service.
  • References from the last 5 years of employment.
