Key Responsibilities

As an Apprentice Healthcare Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting internal and external customers via phone and email, resolving queries and booking maintenance appointments.
  • Working closely with the admin team to complete actions for new hires and ordering equipment, contributing to ongoing/future projects.

You will also complete learning modules and projects, working towards achieving a Level 3 Customer Service apprenticeship qualification and building a portfolio of work to support your final assessment.
