Job Title: Instrument Processing Coordinator

Care New England Health System is seeking a highly motivated Instrument Processing Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This role involves coordinating the preparation and assembly of instruments and equipment for surgical procedures. As an Instrument Processing Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, processed, and sterilized before use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the preparation and assembly of instruments and equipment for surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for instrument/equipment cleaning and sterilization processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of instrument/equipment cleaning and sterilization processes.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of Surgical Services experience preferred.
  • Required to have HSPA CRCST (Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician) certification.
  • High school degree or equivalent required.
  • Strong skills and abilities in inventory management, analytical skills, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, team leadership and participation, and ability to manage multiple projects.

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
