Surgical Instruments Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Surgical Instruments Specialist to join our Sterile Processing department at Care New England Health System. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sanitized instruments to our operating rooms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments to the highest standards.
- Operate various equipment including pre-vacuum/gravity steam sterilizers and washer/decontaminators.
- Participate in daily inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in surgical services or related field.
- HSPA CRCST certification is required.
- High school degree or equivalent is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
