The role will be based in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, where you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. As a hybrid employee, you'll work closely with our business peers (Engineering, Product, Sales, Procurement), IT, and Contract Manufacturing partner to ensure seamless manufacturing-related systems interface solutions and processes.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Project Coordination: Consolidate and monitor aggregated views of programs and projects impacting manufacturing across the organization.
  • Issue Escalation: Promptly escalate issues and delays to ensure mitigations are in place.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively drive cross-functional stakeholder engagement to provide visibility.
  • Process Implementation: Lead process and systems implementation projects led by FORSEVEN Manufacturing.
  • Interface Management: Be the primary interface for manufacturing-related process projects within FORSEVEN and with our manufacturing partner.
  • Site Visits: Undertake regular site visits to Contract Manufacturing facilities to support interface systems validation, training, and operational reviews as required.

Your Ideal Profile


We're looking for someone with experience in managing complex process definition and implementation projects in the Automotive manufacturing and/or supply chain sector. You should have business process requirements capture and/or modelling experience, as well as business system experience (PLM-3Dex, ERP-SAP) including functional understanding of system integration flows. A structured and organized approach with a track record of successful process project management is essential. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to successfully manage, prioritize, and execute against tight deadlines in a rapidly changing environment are also crucial.
