This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a manufacturer of metal and plastic prototypes based in Wimborne. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
Main Responsibilities- Qualify and prioritize potential clients, initiating and managing relationships to convert leads into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Delve compelling sales presentations and product demos, highlighting the value and competitive advantage of company products.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering services, or technical B2B sales role.
- Strong knowledge of metal and plastic prototyping processes, such as CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing, and rapid prototyping.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Ability to live within a commutable distance of our site in Wimborne.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 per annum, depending on your skillset and experience. Additionally, you will receive a range of benefits that support your professional growth and well-being.
