Job Description

Job Title: Donor Care Outbound Team Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Donor Care Outbound Team Leader to join our team at READ Foundation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals, driving donor engagement and income generation through outbound calls, and ensuring high-quality customer service at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer service professionals, providing training, coaching, and guidance to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Donor Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with existing and prospective donors, driving income generation and building strong relationships with our supporters.
  • Customer Service: Oversee the team's inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high-quality customer service at all times and maintaining READ's reputation for excellence.
  • Campaign Management: Organise and manage outbound campaigns, ensuring adequate staffing, readiness, and training for all projects.
  • Reporting: Generate clear, detailed reports on team performance, individual progress, and departmental goals for Management.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Customer Service: Proven experience in providing high-quality customer service, with a strong focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Campaign Management: Experience in managing outbound campaigns, with a strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
