Senior Social Care Practitioner for Vulnerable Youth

**About the Job:**
The Talent Crowd is seeking an experienced Senior Social Care Practitioner to join our team in Sefton, focusing on supporting vulnerable youth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our efforts in developing and implementing strategies to support Looked After Children.
About the Role:
You will work closely with children, families, and other professionals to provide comprehensive care and guidance. Your expertise and passion for social work will enable you to deliver exceptional care and guidance to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement plans to support children in need, including those who are looked after by the local authority.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, healthcare providers, and family members, to ensure a holistic approach to supporting the child.
- Conduct assessments and provide reports on the child’s situation, highlighting areas of strength and concern.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with vulnerable children and their families, preferably in a social work setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children, families, and colleagues.
