The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering independent living skills to young people, with a focus on empowerment and self-sufficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable young adults and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver independent living skills training programs for young people, focusing on practical application and real-world scenarios.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £11.72 per hour, with regular pay reviews and opportunities for professional development. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including mileage compensation, birthday leave, and a casual dress code.

About You
  • Prior experience working with vulnerable young adults is essential, with a proven track record of delivering positive outcomes and making a meaningful difference.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • A comprehensive understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures is necessary for this role, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients at all times.
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or willingness to pursue it further is highly desirable.
