Job Overview
Beth is a vibrant and independent young woman who requires support with her daily needs. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with Beth and her family to promote her independence and ensure she has a fulfilling life.

This role involves working on a 2:1 and 1:1 basis within the family home, providing personal care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will also assist Beth in maintaining a healthy diet, cooking nutritious meals, and ensuring she stays hydrated throughout the day.

The ideal candidate will be calm, gentle, perceptive, and intuitive, with excellent communication skills and a real passion for care and support. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with Beth and her family, and work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care.

We offer competitive pay, including £15.53 per hour for weekdays, £16.56 per hour for weekends, and £30.06 per hour for bank holidays. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.
