Support Worker Opportunity

Northamptonshire Acre invites applications from compassionate individuals to fill the position of Community Volunteer. This role requires someone who can provide assistance with daily tasks, promote social interaction, and contribute to the overall well-being of our members.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with group members, promoting a sense of belonging
  • Participate in meal preparation and cleaning duties
  • Cultivate effective relationships with members, respecting their needs and limitations
Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of COPD and its implications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Working Arrangements
  • Commitment to 2 sessions per month
  • Availability across Countywide locations
