This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support Worker for a young woman with complex needs. The successful candidate will work on a weekend rota, providing one-to-one support to Beth and assisting her with her daily needs.
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting Beth's independence, facilitating her participation in meaningful activities, and supporting her with all aspects of her ADLs. You will also work closely with Beth's family to ensure a seamless transition of care and support.
We are looking for a calm and gentle individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for care and support. You will have the ability to build strong relationships with Beth and her family, and work collaboratively as part of a team to provide high-quality care.
We offer competitive pay, including £15.53 per hour for weekdays, £16.56 per hour for weekends, and £30.06 per hour for bank holidays. You will also have access to comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow in your role.
Please note that this role requires a confident driver with own car essential to travel to and from the client's family home.
