Key Responsibilities



  • Manage the lifecycle of a fleet, including scheduling regular refits and retrofits

  • Oversee a budget of circa $100m and deliver lasting value for the business

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the success of the fleet

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maintain a competitive edge in the Cruise industry



Requirements



  • Proven experience in managing refits across a fleet of ships

  • Strong budget management skills, with experience of managing high Opex and Capex budgets

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills

  • Sound knowledge of the Passenger/Cruise industry
