We're seeking an experienced Fleet Facilities Director to oversee the seamless operation of onboard facilities for our guests, crew, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the condition of all guest areas, ensuring top quality services and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate repairs beyond onboard capabilities and lead a team for maintenance projects.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in fixed and loose furniture, carpets, and soft furnishings.
  • Experience in managing projects with budget responsibility up to £10M.
  • Commercial awareness and control of budgets.
  • IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and purchasing systems.
