Job Title: Director of Digital, Data & Technology

Contract length: Fixed term contract, 2-3 years

Location: Homebased with at least weekly travel

Hours per week: 37.5

Salary: £TBCpa depending on experience and knowledge

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative leader to join our Senior Leadership Team as Director of Digital, Data & Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the transformation of our digital, data and technology capability, driving business growth and improving our services.

The Director of Digital, Data & Technology will be a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement our strategic objectives. The role will involve leading and managing a team of digital, data and technology professionals, developing and implementing digital strategies, and ensuring the effective use of technology to drive business growth and improve our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, experience of developing and implementing digital strategies, and a deep understanding of the charity sector. They will be a strong communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and have a proven ability to lead and manage teams.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital transformation, has a strong vision for the future of our charity, and is able to inspire and motivate our teams to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives
  • Experience of developing and implementing digital strategies
  • Deep understanding of the charity sector
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
