Job Summary:

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive digital engagement and omnichannel strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital engagement strategies in collaboration with the OCE Strategist.
  • Lead the creation, approval, and launch of key digital assets, including websites, source of authorities (SOA), and emails.
  • Participate in omnichannel campaign planning and own the development, approval, and launch of key digital assets.
  • Drive the adoption of modular content creation.
  • Support the OCE Strategist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent working experience.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience with developing and implementing omnichannel strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience launching key digital assets.

This role is hybrid, with 3 days a week in Basingstoke and 2 days working from home.
