Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at E-Resourcing Ltd - Specialist I.T. Recruitment. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in executing our omnichannel strategy, ensuring our brand effectively reaches and resonates with our target audience through various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in omnichannel campaign planning and manage the development, approval, and launch of key digital assets, including websites, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital engagement strategies that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Lead the creation, approval, and launch of digital assets, including content marketing campaigns and email newsletters.
  • Adopt and roll out new technologies to enhance brand awareness and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage our SEO strategy in partnership with global cross-functional teams to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Drive the adoption of modular content creation to improve content efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support our digital marketing team in establishing KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives and drive business growth.
