About the Role:
CK Group- Science, Clinical and Technical is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our digital strategy, ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our OCE Strategist to develop and implement a comprehensive digital engagement strategy, aligning with our business objectives.
- Lead the creation, approval, and launch of key digital assets, including websites, source of authorities (SOA), emails, and other digital platforms.
- Actively participate in omnichannel campaign planning, owning the development, approval, and launch of key digital assets, and driving modular content creation adoption.
- Support our OCE Strategist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent working experience.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience launching key digital assets.
