About the Role:

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with our OCE Strategist to develop a comprehensive digital engagement strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the OCE Strategist to develop a digital engagement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the creation, approval, and launch of key digital assets, including websites, source of authorities (SOA), emails, and other digital platforms.
  • Actively participate in omnichannel campaign planning and successfully own the development, approval, and launch of key digital assets.
  • Drive modular content creation adoption and support the OCE Strategist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant field or have equivalent working experience.
  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience launching key digital assets.
