Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents, promoting mental well-being and resilience
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care and support
