Director of Business Expansion

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Director of Business Expansion. This is a key role within Oxford Economics, responsible for driving subscription sales across European real estate. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development

- Demonstrations and Presentations
- Event Attendance and Networking
- Existing Relationship Leverage
- A minimum of 5 years' direct end-to-end sales experience
- Proven sales track record in the institutional real estate sector
- Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions
- Fluent in English, with German or French proficiency desirable
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a performance-related bonus scheme and opportunities for career growth and development within a dynamic and fast-growing company.
