Job Description

Financial Controller - 9 Month Maternity Cover

KONE México is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to provide financial leadership and support for our company. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements and other reports.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and improvement.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including the development of financial plans and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Manage the financial operations team, including providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
  • Strong financial analysis and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
