Your new role: As a Credit and Collections Specialist, you will take responsibility for your own ledger of key accounts, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless Account Management and Cash Flow optimization.

  • Collate and verify the information required to produce accurate customer invoices, ensuring High Accuracy and Compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain Excellent Relationships with internal and external clients, driving Customer Satisfaction and Retention.
  • Chase due payments through Proactive Communication, leveraging Telephone, Email, and Letter correspondence to resolve Invoice-Related Queries and Issues.
  • Issue Credit Notes as required, ensuring Accuracy and Timeliness in Cash Flow management.
  • Provide Regular Reporting on Aged Debt, identifying trends and areas for improvement to drive Business Growth.

What you'll need to succeed: A proven track record in Credit Control or Collection experience is highly desirable, along with Strong Attention to Detail, Excellent Communication Skills, and Computer Literacy.
