The Regional Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role within the financial operations of OKB KONE plc, reporting directly to the Service Regional Collections Manager. This position is dedicated to overseeing collection processes, managing debtor accounts, ensuring prompt payments, reconciling financial records, and addressing account inquiries, invoice discrepancies, and aged debt recovery for regional clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Assume accountability for debtor accounts to guarantee that outstanding payments are collected in accordance with established payment terms, while resolving any related issues. Ensure that collections are achieved within defined targets, actively pursuing outstanding amounts. Identify, document, and manage the complete cycle of dispute resolution. Conduct collection communications in a systematic manner, while maintaining accurate records across various systems. Manage clients with intricate billing needs across multiple locations. Log invoice disputes within the credit management system. Resolve invoice disputes by investigating root causes and implementing necessary system or process improvements. Process credit requests and re-billing as necessary within the system. Oversee comprehensive account reconciliations within accounts receivable. Participate in regular regional debt discussions and ledger assessments. Foster and sustain strong working relationships with clients and key internal stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

A minimum of two years' experience in Credit Control, Debt Collection, or Customer Service dispute resolution. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment. A background in service industries is advantageous. Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English. Familiarity with SAP is preferred. Strong IT capabilities, particularly in Intermediate Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP). Effective negotiation and influencing skills. Attention to detail is essential. A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
