Job Summary
The role of Credit Controller involves managing and resolving customer invoice queries, collecting payments, and raising customer credits. This is a temporary position lasting 6-9 months with the possibility of going permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer invoice queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
- Raise and log customer credits as necessary.
- Generate and print invoices for customers.
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume credit control environments.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Confidence in communicating with customers over the phone.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- SAP experience is desirable.
